Los estudios indican que Holguín es una de las provincias con más caso, y específicamente el municipio Urbanos Noris no está exento de ello. Dada la importancia que se le atribuye al tratamiento físico-terapéutico, se decide realizar una alternativa físico-terapéutica desde los Gimnasios biosaludables para favorecer a los sujetos en fase prodrómica de esta patología. Se utilizaron métodos teóricos como: histórico-lógico, analítico-sintético e inductivo-deductivo, y el método sistémico-estructural-funcional para la determinación lógica de la alternativa propuesta. Se emplearon métodos y técnicas empíricos como, la entrevista, la encuesta y el análisis de los documentos normativos para el trabajo en dichos Gimnasios.
